What happens after I register? (Chatsworth Soccer Club)

What does Player Registration do?

Answer:
Registration allows Chatsworth Soccer Club to know you have a player that would like to play in the season you have registered for and collect the Player Registration Fee.

Things that happen after you checkout and complete your Player Registration(s):

• You will receive an email confirmation of your registration and you can see it listed under "My Orders" in your SportsHeadz account
• Chatsworth Soccer Club will review all the player registrations and assign players into the age groups that align to our programming (for example, which birth years go to which Under xx age group)
• Chatsworth Soccer Club then determines how many teams per age group based on how many players have registered
• Chatsworth Soccer Club will recruit volunteers to be on-field team staff for each team
• Chatsworth Soccer Club will begin creating draft team rosters for each of the teams based on the information collected from everyone's registrations
•  All players will then be rostered to a team in the system
• Chatsworth Soccer Club will communicate to each team's staff of their team
• Team Staff season kickoff meeting will take place, where they will receive further information and is the first chance to pick practice times for their teams
• Chatsworth Soccer Club will send a communication to parents & guardians of which team their player is on
• Team staffs will reach out to the parents & guardians with season information (practice days/times/location, etc.)
• Parents & Guardians will be able to view their team in SportsHeadz (website and mobile app)
•  Practices & Games will begin!
